A happier individual will contribute far more to an organisation, therefore we encourage organisations to recognise when their people may need some individual coaching and mentoring.

Rather than conduct a program which individuals attend, we either build in personal development components into an organisational program or we offer one-on-one coaching.

Individual development can occur as an organisationally based program of events and sessions. This can be done through workshops, action learning projects or coaching and mentoring.

Our preference is to provide one-on-one coaching sessions. These can come as a package. Each individual will have one-hour one-on-one sessions within a daily coaching schedule for that organisation.
