Leadership Development

Our approach to leadership development is exactly that, a developmental process. We believe that leadership is not taught it is grown. This is achieved by creating experiences that encourage and challenge individuals to understand and develop the character of leadership. A study conducted by researchers Barry Kouzes and James Posner suggests that no matter the culture, there are four characteristics that people look for in their leaders.

These are Honest, Inspiring, Forward Looking, and Competent.
