Project Requirements:
Our Client was a medium sized company that grew rapidly to the point that they were in need of Organisational and Human Resource Management support. Our brief was to consultatively establish the various strategies, systems, processes and procedures.

Our Process:
In 1999, our Consultant was contracted to this organisation for 6 months, 3 days a week to deliver the following:

  • Development of a Strategic Human Resource Plan in consultation with the Managers that was aligned to the Strategic Business Plan.
  • Establishing HR Policies and Procedures
  • Learning and Development for the Managers in Human Resource Functions

    The Plan included the following:

  • Organisation and Departmental review and redesign

  • Human Resource Plan
  • Learning and Development Plan
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Employee Rewards, Health and Safety
  • Performance Management
  • Legislative Requirements
  • Industrial Relations

    This contract culminated in our Consultant recruiting a highly suitable full-time Human Resources Manager for the organisation.
