Case Study - Management Development
Project Requirements:
A Leadership and Management Development program was requested that would engage these people to return to the workplace and work as change enablers.
Our Process:
The program was an outdoor experiential based program which included a mix of indoor theory based activities and outdoor problem solving, ropes courses, abseiling and journeying through a beautiful gorge.
The program was so successful that 4 years after the program, a number of the participants communicated how powerful the experience was for them, not only as leaders but also for themselves personally.
