We are committed to assisting individuals within organisations with their growth and development. We usually assist people through a coaching and mentoring process.

The results of coaching and the process of being involved in assisting individuals to make significant change are very rewarding for both parties. We have provided coaching support to International Business Executives and to Front line supervisors and a variety of people in between. Specific examples of successful application of workplace coaching include preparing an executive for placement to manage a project in Jamaica while liaising and building relationships with a corporate environment in Montreal and Pittsburgh.

This individual made significant change very rapidly as a result of successful coaching techniques. At the other extreme we have successfully coached new supervisors to manage the performance of employees who are under performing and have raised the capability of many individuals through combination of stretching, teaching encouraging and challenging.
