Project Requirements:
This project had two main objectives, the first being to develop employee relations within the organisation. Improving relations in the context of this program looked at increasing the amount of information shared amongst people who did not necessarily work closely with one another. The second program objective was to clarifying the strategic direction of the organisation.
Intervention:
In the initial stages of the program the strategic direction was clarified. Following this, a series of programs were implemented which not only clarified the common direction further but also assisted in the development of relationships between people within the organisation. It is important to note that during this program employees were able to identify the behaviours that were conducive to the company achieving its strategic goals.
