Outgoing Development was asked to design a process to assist the Senior Management Team Managers, and Work Group Leaders to achieve a new cultural basis of operation and to adopt a more participative approach to management.
Intervention:
Managers were provided with 360-degree feedback as the basis of leadership skill development for the future. This program was also continued with team development for staff and included work on group facilitation, interpersonal skill development and work process re-engineering. The approach was based on the initiation and maintenance of a true customer focus throughout the organisation.
