Alliancing and Partnering
Over the past few years a number of organisations have realised that they achieve far better results if the client and contractor develop and foster collaborative rather than adversarial relationships. Outgoing Development Australia has an extensive amount of experience across the spectrum from dealing with hard dollar contracts to working with collaborative Alliancing and Partnering contracts. Therefore we have been able to view first-hand the benefits that come from working within more collaborative relationships.
Alliancing contracts compliment the underlying values and philosophies of our own business. Through the processes that we design and then implement for the project, Outgoing Development Australia is able to develop and foster principles that encourage collaborative and open working relationships.
It is our experience that through the development of this type of culture on a project, teams are able to achieve innovative, sometimes even break-through outcomes for the project.
